Virginia Institute for Sports Medicine is dedicated to providing ways to improve access to the information needed to make informed decisions about healthcare in orthopaedics and sports medicine.
Each of our doctors brings advanced training to caring for muscle and joint conditions. Each of our doctors specialize in treating a specific area of the body, such as the foot, shoulder, or knee as well as treating athletes. This means you'll be treated by a doctor who has devoted years of study and developed an expertise in your unique problem.
Our Education section provides educational information to help you understand orthopaedic problems and what options for treatment may be available from your orthopaedic surgeon.
